James Combe dip ISGD has been designing gardens for 10 years. He trained as a garden designer at the Inchbald School of Garden Design in London gaining a diploma with merit. He has designed gardens all over the world from France to Bahamas.
His designs are sympathetic to the surrounding countryside, James is able to design gardens from the traditional and timeless to cutting edge for the more adventurous. He always incorporates local knowledge and building materials into his designs.
Soft landscaping is also an integral part of the design process. There are many factors to consider when designing and planting a garden. How much time is spent looking after the garden, what sort of theme or colours do the clients like?
CHA work closely with its clients, believing that the garden should reflect the personality of the owners and we try and incorporate this into our designs.
Located in the Cotswold area CHA has gained a great understanding of the use of Cotswold stone and we use many local craftsmen to transform our ideas onto the ground.
